Who processes the data

What we collect
Only what you enter in the form: name, company, email, phone, message, preferred slot and files you upload (e.g. a BOQ).
Why
To answer your request, arrange a meeting and run the tender analysis you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract at your request).
How long
Requests are kept for up to 24 months; uploaded documents are deleted after the analysis or immediately on request.
Who else sees it
Data is stored with Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Google (email) as processors. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no tracking cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing. You can complain to the Croatian data protection authority (azop.hr) or your local authority.
